  • Billing information: payment details are processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store your card number
  • Server data: game server configurations, world files, backups, and uploaded content
  • Usage data: server start/stop events, login timestamps, and basic request logs

Your data is used to:

  • Provide and operate the hosting service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing notices)
  • Monitor and improve service reliability

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on infrastructure hosted in Europe (Germany). We use encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information. Game server backups are stored in encrypted object storage.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Hetzner — infrastructure hosting
  • Google — optional OAuth authentication (if you choose to sign in with Google)
