1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Quantum Shell platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quantum Shell provides managed game server hosting. We provision, run, and manage dedicated game servers on your behalf. You access and control your servers through our web dashboard.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Server access requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your server will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Host content that is illegal under applicable law
• Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access to other systems
• Run cryptocurrency mining or any non-game-server workloads
• Abuse platform resources in a way that degrades service for other users
• Resell or redistribute server access without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data & Backups

We perform automatic backups of your game server data. However, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining copies of any data that is important to you. We do not guarantee data recovery in all circumstances.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable hosting but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows, infrastructure failures, and upstream provider outages may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Shell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

10. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (Romanian OUG 34/2014, transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Because our service is a digital service supplied immediately upon subscription, when you subscribe you expressly request that we begin providing the service right away and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once provision has begun. You can still cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4; cancellation stops future renewals and your server remains active until the end of the current paid period.

11. Complaints & Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@quantum-shell.com so we can try to resolve it. As a consumer in Romania, you may also refer a dispute to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) and use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) platform at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
